Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE):

 Follicular Unit Transplant (FUT):

And after 7 to 10 days, stitches are drowned. The excision process is faster than FUE but the recovery time in this surgery is longer than (FUE) method.

So, the FUE method is the best method for doing the eyebrow transplant and it is known as the most advanced global method.

Who are the best candidates for the eyebrow transplant procedure?

Actually, the eyebrow transplant is not proper for everyone. The candidate of this surgery has to have some property that we point to some of them:

• The patients need to have enough donor hair to harvest and transplant.
• If the patients do not have proper eyebrow shape.
• If the patients have lost their eyebrow by burning and stitches.
• If the patients have performed tattoo eyebrow and now they are tired of their eyebrow form.
• If the patients have lost some part of their eyebrow.

Eye brow transplant recovery:

The recovery period takes less than 24 hours. There are not the special after care and the patient will be able to return to routine activities and work. But it is recommended to stop strenuous activities to prevent accidental injury and decrease the risk of bleeding for a week.

The eyebrow implant will be done under local anesthesia so the patient won’t feel any pain but after surgery that the anesthesia effect is over, the patient will feel some prickles.

Surely the doctor will prescribe a painkiller and an antibiotic. The Bruises after the surgery, which is a common complication, will fade after a week. Also tiny crusts will form in the eyebrow hair transplanted area after the surgery, which will fall off after about one week.
