Rhinoplasty or Nose job

Rhinoplasty in Iran There are a variety of risks involved in Rhinoplasty, and most are not associated with the surgery itself. The most common risks include bleeding, infection, anesthesia complications, bruising, wound reaction and complications during recovery.

Bleeding is one of the most common complications following the surgery. It happens when the blood supply to the face is inadequate during surgery. This leads to an increase in blood pressure and other complications. If this occurs, an emergency intervention should be done immediately. However, if the bleeding is small and goes away within 24 hours, it usually does not require any immediate medical attention.
Another common complication is infection. This usually occurs during the first week of hospitalization or after discharge from the hospital. If the infection is caused by a foreign object or needle, the infection will go away after two days. However, if the infection is caused by a foreign material that can stick to the wound, the infection will persist longer. Antibiotics are available if a problem is suspected. However, patients should also know how to prevent infections by using clean dry towels and avoiding shared skin care products.

Anesthesia is a subject that is constantly being studied and investigated in rhinoplasty ( nose job ). The risks involved with general anesthesia range from minor to severe. If the anesthetic used is too strong, it can cause swelling, irritation, numbness and bleeding or adverse drug reactions. The patient should ask his or her surgeon about the amount of anesthetic needed for each procedure. Another risk is infection, which occurs if the anesthetist doesn't use the correct regional anesthesia. Common symptoms associated with infections include dizziness, chest pain, fainting, convulsions, loss of consciousness, and death.

Blood clots are another risk of rhinoplasty ( nose job ). These may appear at the site of the surgery or elsewhere. A blood clot may occur if the blood supply to the face is cut off while the surgeon is performing the surgery. Bleeding can occur in the face, even after the surgery has been completed. To prevent this from happening, patients should avoid sharp objects such as scissors, pins, and needles. They should also try to use sterile tools and clothing after surgery. Bleeding can also be caused by the fact that anesthetists are not trained in managing patients who have poor circulation and who have a high risk of bleeding.

Blood clots can sometimes be fatal. Therefore, it is very important to learn the signs of a clot in the body. When a clot breaks loose, the clot may bleed more than normal. People who have had blood clots in the past may also have symptoms that can indicate whether they might develop them again, including high fever, pain, loss of consciousness, seizures or breathing problems. Patients who have had blood clots in the past should also be aware of possible side effects that can arise, such as headaches, difficulty in swallowing, muscle weakness, nausea, fatigue, skin rash, dizziness and weakness, and increased heart rate.
